This Agreement clarifies roles for parent-led education using DBM Learning Academy tools. It supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1) Relationship
DBM Learning Academy provides organizational tools, guidance, and collaboration features. Unless separately contracted in writing, we are not the school of record and do not certify compliance with state requirements.
2) Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary instructor and supervisor. Ensure curricula align with your state’s requirements.
- Maintain records (attendance, portfolio, assessments) as required by your jurisdiction.
- Control student accounts and consent for any data collection.
- Review and approve materials before students access them.
3) Our Responsibilities
- Provide planning tools and a platform to organize learning.
- Offer state-aware informational pages (not legal advice).
- Maintain reasonable security and privacy protections for accounts and data.
- Moderate community areas and the Library per our policies.
4) Educators/Coaches
Parents may invite coaches/educators for support. Coaches provide guidance and feedback but do not replace parental oversight unless a separate contract states otherwise.
5) Content & Library Use
- Use only licensed or original content; follow the “shared & universal” Library rules.
- Do not upload student personal or sensitive data into public/shared areas.
- Respect IP rights and academic integrity.
6) Safety & Conduct
All users must follow the Code of Conduct. Report concerns to support@dbmlearningacademy.com.
7) Billing & Refunds

8) Changes
We may update this Agreement. Material updates will be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use indicates acceptance.
